It is with great pleasure and pride that the Dodecanese Association of Tourist Agencies expresses its warm congratulations to the member of its Board of Directors, Michalis Roditis, for his election to the European Committee for Professional Yachting (E.C.P.Y).
The European Commission for Professional Yachting, founded in January 1993, is an association of yachting professionals that brings together all the activities of the industry (yacht brokers, central agents, yacht owners, shipyards, suppliers, insurers, craftsmen, legal advisors, classification societies, etc.).

ECPY focuses its actions on the economic development of the yachting industry and defends the interests and good practices of professionals, while working with administrations, government and the European Union to ensure a fair balance between the development of local, national and European regulations on the one hand, and the economic, environmental and social development of yachts on the other.
The participation of a representative from the Dodecanese in a leading European professional yachting organization is an honor for both him and our Association, while, at the same time, it confirms his contribution and his experience in the field of yachting and maritime tourism in general.
This election of Michalis Roditis is a valuable opportunity to promote Greek positions and interests, strengthening the international presence of the Dodecanese in the field of maritime tourism development.
